How it all began
In July of 2020, Aaron Feigelman loaded his truck with 1,500 pounds of coffee waste and headed to South Dakota. About a week later, he proved out the thesis he built at UCLA.
Over the next 3 years, Kawa Project continued to work with leading minds in the fields of food science and manufacturing to refine a process to produce the world’s leading cocoa powder alternative.
